Amit was arrested last week for hacking more than 900 email accounts and was taken to a court in Saket, Delhi on Saturday, but could not be produced due to time constraints.
His arrest was the result of an international investigation coordinated and conducted by the CBI, the American Federal Bureau of Investigation, Combating Organized Crime (DCCO) of Romania.
