Abdul-Karim earned his name ‘Tunda” after losing his left arm in a bomb-making accident in the mid 90s'.
By 1998 Tunda's network had made a name for itself and had a number of terrorists on its roll.
Members of his network were arrested, interrogated and revealed that the group was financed indirectly by ISI through Lashkar-e-Toiba and was manufacturing R.D.X explosives – the same that was used in the Mumbai Trains Bombing.
