1.Majuli, Assam : Majuli is the largest river island in the world and is a large river island in the Brahmaputra River. Majuli has been the cultural capital and the cradle of Assamese civilization for the past five hundred years. The dwellers of Mājuli are mostly tribal folk.



2.Tsongmo Lake, Sikkim : Tsongmo Lake is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim, India and is 40 km away from Gangtok. Also, the chinese border crossing is just nearby. It has spectatcular high mountain view. Indian Postal Service released a commemorative stamp on the lake on 6 November 2006.



3.Calangute Beach, Goa: When ypu think of Goa, you thing think of Goa's party culture and its beaches. Calangute Beach tops the list of every Indian and international tourist who visits Goa. The peak tourist season is during Christmas and New Year, and during the summer in May. During the monsoon season, from June through September, the sea can be rough and swimming is prohibited.
