Investigators say that though Imtiaz was the main man on the ground, the Patna attack was designed by Tehseen Akhtar, who has allegedly been running the Indian Mujahideen since the reported founder, Yasin Bhatkal, was arrested in Bihar last month.
Haider, whose father lives in Ranchi, has a Master's in Psychology and was among the men who planted a series of bombs in the pilgrimage town of Bodh Gaya in Bihar in July.
