Students form a human chain and walk from the university premises to finally engage in ‘kissing, hugging, showering affection on each other through whichever way we feel comfortable and consent to'.
It should be noted that the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court have made it clear that kissing in public is not an obscene act and no criminal proceedings can be initiated.
