New Delhi: Lalit Modi broke his silence on the ongoing controversy regarding his visa recommendation by the Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj, today evening.
Sushma had written to British lawmaker Keith Vaz to recommend travel documents for Lalit Modi, scam-tainted former IPL commissioner, for visiting Portugal. The minister in her defence said that her recommendation of visa was based on “humanitarian grounds” as Modi's wife was ill.
The former IPL chairman in a series of tweets has threatened to expose the dark secrets of some of the high and mighty of the country.
“Now finally it's my turn to get EVERYTHING OUT. THERE ARE MANY BOMBSHELLS. see for yourselves. Then judge. Now my turn,” he tweeted.
His lawyer Mr Mehmood Abdi will be conducting a press conference today late in the evening and said to be unveiling the untold facts about the whole controversy involving External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
