In his petition, Vivek Tambay has raised questions about this controversial picture of the queen enjoying her hookah. Tambay says, the war heroine has been shown enjoying hookah in a fictional sketch, which denigrates her image and does not gell with her personality.
Justive V M Kanade and Justice K R Shriram of Bombay High Court during hearing said, this petition was almost like a PIL and should be heard by a proper bench.
