Mumbai: The swanky new Terminal 2 or T2 of the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport opened by the Prime Minister on Friday will be thrown open to passengers from February 12.
The new terminal has been built by GVK-led consortium and the cost of building it is close to Rs 5,500 crore.
It has been designed by New York's Skidmore, Owings %26 Merrill LLP (SOM) who have also designed Dubai's Burj Khalifa and Chicago's Willis Tower.
