Jammu: Two Border Security Force jawans were injured when Pakistani troops fired at Indian positions in Nikkowali under R S Pura sector on Friday night.
Firing and shelling from the Pakistani side began at 6:30 pm on Friday and continued late till the night. BSF troops replied effectively. The firing from Pakistani side ended early this morning.
The ceasefire violations occured in R S Pura, Akhnoor, Samba and Kanachak sectors, sources said.
