Hydrocephalus: Parents of baby with enlarged head flown from Tripura to Delhi for treatment

Agartala/New Delhi, Apr 17: The poor parents of  a 16-month-old baby girl, suffering from hydrocephalus, an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the brain resulting in triple size of the child's head,  left Agartala for New
