Hyderabad: A 28-year-old man allegedly killed his four-year-old son before committing suicide after suspecting his wife's "fidelity" at his residence in Saidabad area here, the police said yesterday.
Satyanarayana, a mason, allegedly smothered his son last night and later committed suicide by slitting his throat.
His family members found the bodies this morning, the police said based on preliminary investigations.
Quoting Satyanarayana's family members, the police said that unable to bear her husband's "torture" she left him and went to her native town after he suspected her "fidelity". The Saidabad police is investigating.
