New Delhi: The mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks David Coleman Headley has revealed the larger agenda and plans to strike in India. The terror targets include Delhi, Pune, Goa and Pushkar, according to revelations made by Headley to NIA officials. But the most delicate of Headley's revelations is just how he managed to operate, travel and plan these attacks as a US citizen.

The NIA has established two other critical issues. Pakistani terror outfits had a larger and continuing plan for carrying out strikes against India. What's also come out clearly is how Headley was overtly working as a US citizen, raising questions over how he managed to slip through the cracks of the US agencies. But it's the larger terror footprint being planned by Pakistan that is more worrying.

According to Headley, the Al-Qaeda supported 313 Brigade, led by Ilyas Kashmiri, has plans to attacks Delhi, Pune, Goa and Pushkar. Headley has videographed VP residence, Paharganj, India Gate, CBI headquarters in Delhi and Israeli airlines office in Mumbai. The 'Karachi Project' of LeT uses network of local fishermen and fishing boats on the West coast.

Headley also said he did not have a Pakistan passport and always travelled to terror hotspots using the US passport. The SIM card for the phone Headley used in India was seized by the FBI. Headley's social security number remained the same.

The two mobile phones Headley used in Pakistan have been seized following a request from the US authorities.
