Ghaziabad school students set fire to vehicles, police outpost

Ghaziabad, Sep 10: An angry mob of students of Gandhi Vidyalaya Inter School in Muradnagar today stoned policemen, and set fire to vehicles and a police outpost  demanding reinstatement of a school teacher Arvind Dubey.

Ghaziabad, Sep 10: An angry mob of students of Gandhi Vidyalaya Inter School in Muradnagar today stoned policemen, and set fire to vehicles and a police outpost  demanding reinstatement of a school teacher Arvind Dubey. 





The students had been opposing the dismissal of the teacher for the last three days.  

Angry students took blocked the road, and began stoning the Ravli Kalan police outpost. One police subinspector and four other constables were injured in stoning.  

The mob set fire to five motorbikes inside the police outpost compound, said Jagdish Sharma, SP rural, Ghaziabad.  

The school has been closed indefinitely and a large police reinforcement has been posted.
