Thousands of devotees turned up to catch the first glimpse of their favourite deity during the 10-day long Ganeshotsav.
Every day at Lalbaug, lakhs of people wait patiently in serpentine queues for hours, or sometimes for the better part of a day, to get a chance to pray to Lord Ganesha.
