Srinagar: In a series of targeted attacks in Kashmir's Sopore, a man was shot dead by suspected militants today.
This was fourth such attack in a week in the north Jammu and Kashmir town and the second in two days.
Aijaz Ahmad Reshi, a former militant, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen outside his residence in the Mundji locality of Sopore town, said police.
Any militant outfit is yet to claim responsibility for the attack.

On Friday (June 12), another activist of the same separatist party named Khurshid Ahmad Bhat was killed in Bomai area of Sopore town by unidentified gunmen.
