New Delhi: The Election Commission will be in Bihar tomorrow to take stock of preparedness for the third and fourth phases of Assembly elections in the state where it will also interact with political parties and top government officials.
Chief Election Commissioner Nasim Zaidi along with Election Commissioners Achal Kumar Joti and Om Prakash Rawat will be visiting Patna and Muzaffarpur tomorrow and the day after to review poll preparations for the ongoing Assembly elections.
The third and fourth phases of polls is scheduled for October 28 and November 1.
In Patna tomorrow, the Commissioners will hold discussions with civil and police authorities and meet representatives of political parties.

They will also review election expenditure management with state chief electoral officer Ajay Naik, police, excise and income tax officers.
On Monday, the Commissioners will visit Muzaffarpur and review election preparedness for the fourth and fifth phases of elections with division and district level officials, a statement by the EC said here.
