Shamli, Dec 10 : In the sleepy hamlet of Jhinjhana, near Muzaffarnagar, two inebriated youths fought over a minor dispute on Thursday evening.
One of the youths grabbed boiling oil from a nearby sweet shop and tried to throw it on the other. As the other youth resisted, the boiling oil fell on four kids watching the fight.
Hashim, 12, Naseem, 10, Kashif, 12, and Ashique, 5, suffered burns on their faces. Three of them are undergoing treatment at the Shamli nursing home and the fourth is in a local dispensary.
Police is yet to make any arrests.
