95-year-old freedom fighter Shaukat Ali Hashmi was felicitated by the DEO (Central) during the function.
Meanwhile, a cycle rally was organised in Sultanpuri area of South-West Delhi under voters awareness programme.
“The rally started with around 500 cyclists, but by the time it took rounds in the area, around 8,000 people joined the rally. Street shows were also conducted on the route of rally,” said an election officer.
