New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Friday refused to stay on the Lt Governor's guidelines regarding admission for nursery class in the national capital , but agreed to hear the plea of private schools on January 31.
The Lt Governor had issued the guidelines in December outlining various steps including weightage to neighbourhood kids and abolition of 20 percent management quota.
These guidelines were challenged by private schools.
