New Delhi: Delhi Police Joint Commissioner of Police Tejinder Luthra today welcomed the fast track court pronouncing death sentence to all the four convicted in the Dec 16 gangrape and murder case.
Luthra said, "Today's verdict will send a strong message. It will increase the trust on criminal judiciary system of our country."
"I would like to say that for our investigating team, it was a satisfactory probe. We stressed on facts and findings to make our case strong. We made sure there were no loopholes", Luthra said.
