New Delhi, Apr 5 : Delhi Damini gangrape accused Vinay's lawyer today alleged that he was beaten up by co-prisoners inside the high-security Tihar Jail on Thursday, and his right arms has been fractured.
Jail sources said, Vinay complained of vomiting and was taken to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital for treatment.
The lawyer said, when Vinay returned to the jail, he had a bandage on his right arm, but he did not complain to Tihar jail authorities about the thrashing, afraid of being beaten up again.
A medico-legal case was done on Vinay, but the medical report has not been submitted yet to the fast track court.
Another Damini gangrape accused Akshay had told the court on Thursay, that he was being threatened by Tihar Jail authorities.
