New Delhi: To deal with public grievances, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday announced that the entire cabinet will sit every Saturday in front of Delhi secretariat to receive complaints and try to solve them immediately.
Moreover, on weekdays, one minister will receive grievances from the public and forward them to respective departments, Kejriwal said, adding resolving public grievances is one of the top priorities of his government.
"Public grievance is another major issue. It is a major issue for any government. It is the duty of every government to resolve those grievances, said Kejriwal.
Public grievance is just a symptom, the disease lies somewhere else," he added.
Kejriwal said grievances will be segregated into five categories depending upon their urgencies.
