The cabinet also cleared another proposal to construct a permanent building of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies at Sector-16, Rohini, at an estimated cost of Rs 132 crore.
The college is now functioning from a school building in Vivek Vihar.
The cabinet also gave its nod for the setting up of a 200-beded hospital at Madipur in West Delhi.
