New Delhi, Jan 3: The women's toll-free helpline 181 installed in a hurry at Delhi Chief Minister's office in the wake of nationwide outrage over the gangrape and murder of a 23-year-old physiotherapist, nicknamed Damini, has proved to be a dud.
At least three female reporters from a leading national daily Times of India, rang up this helpline number and found curious responses.
