"We have asked the Anti-Corruption Bureau to file an FIR against those guilty. There is no prejudice against any particular individual. We want an impartial and thorough probe", Sisodia said.
Sisodia alleged that non-eligible companies were made eligible from back dates and streetlights were purchased for Rs 27,000 each and Rs 31,000 each by PWD and MCD respectively whereas the market prices were between Rs 7000-8000.
This has led to Rs 31 crore loss to the Delhi government, he added.
Congress leader Mukesh Sharma alleged that this was the first time an FIR has been filed before a probe has been launched, whereas it should have been the other way round.
Sharma said, this was not Taliban rule but a democracy and Kejriwal was doing all this with an eye of Lok Sabha elections."He (Kejriwal) has lost his mental balance", he added.
