A COVID-19 patient admitted at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) committed suicide on Monday. The 37-year-old patient jumped off the fourth floor of AIIMS Trauma Centre in Delhi. He was rushed to the ICU in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries.
"A 37-year-old COVID-19 patient ran out of trauma centre-1 where he was admitted. He ran to 4th floor where he broke window pane & jumped out. He was moved to ICU immediately and he later succumbed to his injuries," the hospital in a statement today.
