Faizabad: A CBI special court hearing the Babri structure demolition case will today visit the site where the structure existed before December 6, 1992.
CBI special judge S M Tiwari along with a CBI team and counsels of the accused and prosecution will inspect the spot.
This visit comes as the special judge on October 20 passed orders to the presiding officer including lawyers of prosecution and defence to visit the site today.
21 accused allegedly involved in the demolition of the controversial Babri masjid who the Special Court is trying include BJP MPs Sakshi Maharaj, Lallu Singh, Dharmendra Pradhan and Brij Bhushan Singh. Shiv Sena leaders allegedly involved in the demolition are Pawan Pandey and Santosh Dubey.
