Allahabad, Mar 7: The Central Bureau of Investigation is sending its team to Raja Bhaiya's pocketborough Kunda tonight to record the statements of policemen and witnesses in the murders of the local Circle Officer Zia ul Haq, a village pradhan and his brother.
Sources said, CBI may also question Raja Bhaiya, former UP minister, in connections with these murders.
Two FIRs have been filed in the murder of CO Zia Ul Haq. The FIR filed by local police does not mention Raja Bhaiya, and only mentions the incident of robbery.
The second FIR filed by Parveen Azad, widow of Zia Ul Haq, clearly names Raja Bhaiya among the conspirators who were behind the killings.
