The bride, Poonam, put forward condition that she will marry only after the toilet is built.
Later, toilet was built and after that the wedding date has been finalized, February 8.
More than 72 per cent of rural people defecate in open. Of the 1 billion people in the world who have no toilet, India accounts for nearly 600m.
