A massive encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists at Pingnal Dugadda forest area in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. The exchange of fire was reported in the upper reaches of Naidgham village under the jurisdiction of Police Station Chhatroo, district Kishtwar, police said.
