    MEMU passenger train derails in Odisha's Sambalpur

    A MEMU passenger train derailed reportedly after hitting a cow near Sarala in Odisha's Sambalpur district.

    "Jharsuguda-Sambalpur Memu express train got derailed after a buffalo came on the railway tracks and was trapped under the train. One coach was derailed. No injury or loss of life was reported in the incident, all passengers were reporter safe," said Sambalpur DRM Vineet Kumar Singh.

     A raging fire Tuesday destroyed a massive World War II-era wooden hangar that was built to house military blimps based in Southern California, and authorities said the blaze could burn for days.
