Ahead of Ayodhya verdict, PM Modi took to twitter to appeal: "The verdict is not about victory or defeat and I request the people to maintain peace and harmony."
Ayodhya Verdict: UP CM Yogi Adityanath has appealed everyone to maintain law and order. His statement in Hindi appeals people of Uttar Pradesh to maintain a cordial and peaceful environment in the state. Adityanath has requested people to not consider the Supreme Court verdict as 'victory' or 'defeat'.
His statement warns that strict action will be taken against those who take law into their hands.
In view of the likely verdict on Ayodhya issue, schools and colleges across Uttar Pradesh will be closed between November 9 and November 11.
Supreme Court has officially listed the Ayodhya case hearing for pronouncement of judgment at 10:30 am on Saturday.
