A suicide bombing outside the Russian Embassy in the Afghan capital Kabul on Monday killed two members of the embassy staff and at least one Afghan civilian in a rare attack on a foreign diplomatic mission in Afghanistan. A 22-year-old Afghan national was arrested in a joint raid by Delhi Police's Crime Branch and Gujarat Police's Anti-Terrorist Squad for allegedly supplying narcotics in the Delhi-NCR region, police said.
