    Supreme Court to deliver judgment on Arvind Kejriwal's bail plea in alleged liquor scam tomorrow

    The Supreme Court on Friday, July 12 will deliver its judgment on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest and subsequent remand by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the alleged liquor policy case. As per the cause list of July 12 uploaded on the apex court's website, a bench headed by Justice Sanjiv Khanna will pronounce the judgement.

    Rajnath Singh admitted to Delhi AIIMS due to back pain, condition stable

    Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has been admitted to AIIMS, Delhi after he complained of back pain late Wednesday night. The Union Minister was admitted to an old private ward, early Thursday morning. He is stable, under the observation of the neurosurgery department and may be discharged on Friday, AIIMS Delhi said.

    "All arrangements have been made to recruit Ex-Agniveers in CRPF," says DG CRPF Anish Dayal Singh

    In line with a decision by the Union Home Ministry over 10 per cent reservations to former Agniveers, DG CRPF Anish Dayal Singh said, "All arrangements have been made to recruit Ex-Agniveers in CRPF.  The recruitment rules have been accordingly amended. A reservation of ten percent has been made for Ex-Agniveers. They will also get relaxation in age. The first batch will get five years of relaxation while it will be three years afterwards. There will also be no Physical Efficiency Test for them. This is a welcome step for the force to recruit Ex-Agniveers as they are Army trained and have already served in the three services. They will bring dedication and discipline from day one."

    NEET paper leak case: Accused Rocky arrested, remanded to 10-day CBI custody

    The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested Rakesh Ranjan, known as Rocky, the primary suspect in the NEET paper leak case. Rocky was apprehended following extensive use of advanced technology by the CBI. Rocky is originally from Bihar's Nawada, but for the last few years, he has been living in Ranchi and running a restaurant.
