NIA also conducted search at the house of accused Shakuntala Kumari and Hira Devi in West Bengal's Kolkata, today. Incriminating documents were seized during the search. Efforts are being made to arrest accused Dinesh Gope. Further investigation is underway.

A protester in Shaheen Bagh alleged that policemen stationed near Jamia Millia Islamia University did not move quickly enough to rein in the attacker who opened fire.
An FIR has been registered in Jamia firing incident. Students and alumni of Jamia Milia Islamia University approached New Friends Colony police station to file a complaint.
Protesters at Shaheen Bagh said that Central Government needs to speak with them to know what they have to say.
"We don't expect PM Modi to come here, but can't a single representative come to Shaheen Bagh to meet us?" said a woman protester.
Defence Min Rajnath Singh said: "...If any Muslim brother from Pakistan wants to come to India and stay here, then we have a provision in our citizenship act to give them Indian citizenship. We gave citizenship to 600 Pakistanis in the last 5-6 yrs. Still attempts are made to stoke violence."
"We felt bad when it was claimed that we get Rs 500 to protest," said a woman protester at Shaheen Bagh.
