The Four Big of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan are lining up their high-end products for a battle never yet seen earlier in filmdom.
Aamir Khan's 3 Idiots is releasing on December 25, Hrithik with Brazlian sex bomb Barbara Mori hits the screen with Kites on January 15, Salman Khan's Veer is set for release on January 29, and King Shah Rukh Khan's My Name Is Khan will hit the theatres on February 12.
All these four big films will arrive within a span of two months. Naturally, low-cost and medium-budget films will get sidelined in the cineplexes.
Incidentally, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's ‘Karthik Calling Karthik' will be released on February 12, provided ‘My Name Is Khan' doesn't arrive on that date.
"When Karan [Johar] confirmed that ‘My Name Is Khan' is indeed arriving on 12th February, I immediately took a call to shift ‘Karthik Calling Karthik' to a latter date. My film will now arrive on 26th February," Ritesh told Bollywoodhungama.
However, one more big film is slated for February 12 release - Ambika Hinduja's ‘Teen Patti'.
May the best man (or woman?) win.
