New Delhi: Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today described as “unfortunate” Congress leader Ajay Maken's Twitter remark about Smriti Irani being made the country's HRD Minister, though she was not a graduate.
Replying to queries from media, Prasad said, Smriti Irani was fluent both in English and Hindi, and the Congress should do introspection before making such unfortunate remarks.
Former Minister and Congress leader Ajay Maken, who lost from New Delhi to BJP's Meenakshi Lekhi, today remarked on Twitter: “What a Cabinet of Modi?HRD Minister (Looking after Education) Smriti Irani is not even a graduate!”
