Bangalore: A 23-year-old female software engineer Archana lost her three teeth as she was knocked down by a Scorpio on Monday.
The accident occurred near JP Nagar underpass when she returned from work and just got down from the cab.
Archana's colleague took her to a nearby dentist . Since it was already 8.45 pm when the incident occurred, none of the people around were able to note down the number. All that they noticed was that it was a white Scorpio with the registration number ending 77.
Later when Archana's father, Jagannath Alva, went to the police station to file a complaint against that Scorpio driver, he only found a policeman in plain clothes there.
Archana's father requested him to file complaint but the policeman said he had already consumed alcohol and it was time for him to go home.
He asked Archana's father to come the next morning. When Archana's father went the next morning the policeman asked him to mention in the report that they don't want any legal action in the case.
