New Delhi, May 17: Commuters may have to face problems here from tomorrow with autorickshaw unions going on indefinite strike protesting against the government's decision to make the installation of GPS system mandatory. The unions which have announced to go on strike include Bharatiya Tipaya Chalak Sangh and Nyay Path Auto Drivers Welfare Association.
“We are against the forcefull installation of GPS. We are going on strike from tomorrow,” Shobran Singh of Bharatiya Tipaya Chalak Sangh said.
The Nyay Path Auto Drivers Welfare Association also staged a protest today against forcefull installation of Global Positioning System in autorickshaws here.
