Haryana Government on Wednesday issued transfer and posting orders of nine IAS officers including whistle blower Ashok Khemka and one Haryana Civil Service (HCS) officer with immediate effect.
Ashok Khemka, who had in November last year been posted as Transport Commissioner and Secretary has now been transferred and given the dual charge of Secretary and Director General, Archaeology and Museums department relieving RS Kharb of the charge, an official release said.
SS Dhillon, Additional Chief Secretary, Tourism and Archaeology and Museums Departments has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Transport and Civil Aviation Department in place of Avtar Singh who has been posted as Principal Secretary, Women and Child Development Department.
Ram Niwas, Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department. Vijai Vardhan, Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education, Archives and Cultural Affairs Departments will also look after the work of Additional Chief Secretary, Archaeology and Museums Department.
Sumita Misra, Additional Principal Secretary-I to Chief Minister and Principal Secretary, Science and Technology Department has been posted as Principal Secretary, Tourism Department. She will also look after the work of Science and Technology Department. Chander Parkash, Director General, State Transport and Secretary, Transport Department has been posted as Transport Commissioner, Haryana and Secretary.
Vinay Singh, Director, Supplies & Disposal, Haryana and Special Secretary, Home-I Department goes as Director General, State Transport, Haryana and Secretary, Transport Department.
Also, he will look-after the work of Director, Supplies and Disposals.
Ajay Singh Tomar, awaiting order of posting has been posted as Sub Divisional Officer (C), Ambala and Estate Officer, HUDA, Ambala. Among the HCS officer, Shakti Singh, Sub Divisional Officer (C)-cum-Additional Collector, Ambala and Estate Officer, HUDA, Ambala goes as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambala relieving Mandip Singh Brar of the charge.
