If you are coming from Vaishali (Ghaziabad) side then you need to board at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station. From there you need to get down from the stairs and need to take Jahangirpuri metro. It's just one station from Rajiv Chowk. Get down at New Delhi Metro station and take the Airport Express Line Metro. From Rajiv Chowk you can reach Airport in just 19 minutes!
In each of the stations you will be informed where have you reached; with the help of voice message and the display board placed in front of each section. It's not like daily route Delhi Metro that sometimes gives wrong announcement.
You will come across many more things like this mannequin placed much higher and above your head. It's good to see when there is much brightness… if seen in darkness it gives the look of ghost, don't get scared it's just so cool.
