The BJP chief also questioned AAP and Kejriwal over their foreign funding and ties with Ford's Foundation.
Continuing his attack, Vardhan said that the Party which claims to end corruption has given tickets to criminal elements that have swindled away crores of rupees from banks in Moradabad, Mujaffarnagar, and Maharashtra etc.
"Former Delhi Minister Rakhi Birla has sought bribe of Rs 7 lakh from a candidate from her own party for the purpose of campaigning in his favour," alleged Vardhan.
Chairman of the Election Management & Campaign Committee Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra and former Pradesh President Vijender Gupta were also present at the press conference.
