New Delhi, Mar 24: On the first day of Arvind Kejriwal's indefinite fast,  36,743 citizens of Delhi signed up vowing nt to pay power and water bills in the capital.

These citizens  have challenged  Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit saying that they will no longer pay electricity and water charges.

In this unique Civil Disobedience Movement, AAP volunteers fanned out across Delhi and carried the truth of the inflated water and electricity bills. The volunteers are explaining the collusion between  Sheila Dixit, BJP and the discoms owned by big corporates.

Meanwhile Arvind  Kejriwal continued to fast in the house of a common man in a low income settlement at F145, Opposite Gagan Cinema, Near Murga Mandi, Sundar Nagri, Delhi-93.
