Rangia, Apr 21: Two persons were killed and 13 others injured in a head-on collision between a car and a mini van on NH 37 in Lower Assam's Kamrup (Rural) district last evening, police sources said.
The car travelling from Guwahati towards Goalpara side collided with the van coming from the opposite direction at Bondapara under Boko police station area around 7.30 pm, the sources said.
The two passengers of the mini van died on the spot, while its 13 passengers suffered injuries, they said.
The wounded passengers were admitted to the Gauhati Medical Medical College Hospital.
