Cheating at Bihar College
A video showing students openly cheating during a graduation exam in Bihar's Muzaffarpur surfaced on Friday. The students, who were taking their Psychology exam at Langat Singh College, had complete access to books and mobile phones, using which they indulged in open cheating during their examination. Neither did the teachers tried stopping the students, nor did the invigilator intervene. While Controller of Examinations OP Raman evaded questions saying he had not received any complaint in this regard, the state education minister too refused to admit.
Bihar has been in news for mass cheating, topper-scam, etc and it was only noticed by the entire world when the case of topper Ruby Rai came into light. Ruby topped in political science, but she was not even able to pronounce it properly and knew nothing about the subject.
