Haryanvi singer and dancer Sapna Choudhary on Tuesday hit back at Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Ashwini Chopra for his ‘'thumkas" remark. “What you say shows your mindset. I am an entertainer. I am focused on my work. He is a senior man, I don't seek apology,” news agency ANI quoted Sapna Choudhary, as saying.
On rumours of Choudhary joining the Congress, BJP MP Chopra had commented, “Congress must decide what is more important to them, winning polls or thumkas.”
Choudhary became quite popular after her participation in Big Boss season 11. The singer has a huge following not only in Haryana but also in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
She made her Bollywood debut with the song “Hatt Ja Tau” in the flick Veerey Ki Wedding.
