Jammu and Kashmir: CRPF jawan injured during ongoing encounter in Pulwama
The encounter between terrorists and security forces, which broke out in the wee hours of this morning, has ended after ultras managed to flee amid stone-pelting by locals, while a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan, who had suffered bullet injury this morning, succumbed to death.
The gunfight broke out when the security forces were carrying out cordon and search operations in the area.
Reportedly, the security forces had managed to trap two to three terrorists in the area but they managed to flee. The security forces had bombed and burnt the house down, the reports said.
