1- Priyanka Gandhi's first UP poll rally in Rae Bareli 

Rae Bareli: Congress President Sonia Gandhi's daughter Priyanka will attend the first election rally in Uttar Pradesh when party vice-president Rahul Gandhi launches poll campaign in the family stronghold of Rae Bareli. Rahul will address two rallies in Rae Bareli and Maharajganj in support of party candidate Aditi Singh. Sources said Priyanka will accompany Rahul to these rallies in Rae Bareli Assembly constituency tomorrow. However, it was not clear whether she will address the rallies. 

2- Campaign for phase-III of UP polls ends 

Lucknow: Curtains will come down on the hectic campaign in 69 Assembly seats spread over 12 districts of Uttar Pradesh that will go to polls in the third phase on February 19. The districts are Farrukhabad, Hardoi, Kannauj, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Kanpur Dehat, Kanpur, Unnao, Lucknow, Barabanki and Sitapur.

3- J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti to expand council of ministers

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti will expand her council of ministers. It will be the first expansion of her old ministry since forming the PDP-BJP Government on April 4 last year. 

4- Late Arunachal CM Kalikho Pul's wife to brief media on his "dying declaration"

New Delhi: Wife of late Arunachal CM Kalikho Pul, who committed suicide last year, to brief Delhi media on his "dying declaration." 

5- Patna: 3 ISI suspects to be reproduced before court

Patna: A special NIA court on Friday sent three ISI suspects arrested last month for their role in triggering train derailments to judicial custody till February 17. On expiry of their custody, they will be reproduced before court. 

6- Delhi HC to hear PIL on Asha Kiran Home deaths

New Delhi: A PIL was filed in the Delhi High Court on Wednesday seeking action against officials for deplorable conditions at the Asha Kiran Home for the mentally challenged, where 11 inmates have died over the past two months. The PIL would be heard on February 17 by a division bench of Chief Justice G. Rohini and Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal.
