A 3D animation video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi depicting Trikonasana or the Triangle posture Yoga was released on Sunday shortly after his 42nd edition of 'Mann Ki Baat' programme.
The Prime Minister tweeted the video and wrote, "Amazed at the creativity of a few youngsters, who made 3D animated videos of me practising Yoga! Sharing one such video, of Trikonasana. Keep practising Yoga for a #FitIndia!"
PM Modi has on several occasions pitched for people to take up Yoga. During the monthly radio programme on Sunday too, he said that yoga is a guarantee of both fitness and wellness and advocated for a 'Fit India'.
"It is the result of our concerted efforts and commitment that yoga has now become a mass movement and reached every house," he added.
The video is presently available in two languages-English and Hindi.
Stressing on the importance of Yoga, PM Modi also reminded people of the upcoming International Yoga Day on June 21.
"I surely am a yoga practitioner and yet some people, through their creativity, have made me a yoga teacher as well and 3-D animated videos of my yoga practice sessions have been prepared," he said.
In the Mann Ki Baat address, Modi motivate people to take up Yoga along with their friends and family. He also acknowledged people who participating with great zeal and enthusiasm in the previous three International Yoga Day events.
