The Supreme Court on Wednesday accepted Rajasthan Government's submission that a court cannot stop a legislative process and set aside Rajasthan High Court's order on OBC Reservation Bill.
The Supreme Court also clarified that the state will not cross 50% of reservation until the writ petition is decided by High Court.
